Absolutely not. In pilates, we believed that all age range are able to practice pilates. Please note that clients that are under the age of 16 should obtain parental consent.

Which class should I join if I'm a beginner?

Reformer Foundation is a to go class for all beginners. In foundation class, you're able to learn the fundamentals of reformer pilates. It will ensure you to have a rewarding experience through our foundation class.

What languages do you use during the class?

All class teaching will be in English. For private and duet session, clients are able to request for their preferred language during the session.

When can I join Reformer Shape and Tone class?

We suggest that it's suitable when you're familiar with the reformer settings as well as the fundamental movements in Reformer Foundation class. In the mean time, you're also interested in trying progressive and challenging reformer exercises.
